Alex is an energetic and creative marketer with a strong analytical approach and a flair for bringing communications to life. Sound business thinking, and a desire to get to the heart of a matter, help him deliver thought-provoking and intelligent marketing solutions.

Having worked in a range of sectors with stints in a direct marketing agency, a tourist attraction and running campaigns for the East of England Development Agency (to name a few…), he has won a number of awards and has a broad range of experience applying the fundamentals of marketing in B2B and B2C markets.

Alex thinks marketing should be enjoyable, and finds that if it is done with integrity, insight, humour and great execution it usually achieves the results that people want. Good products and services are easy to present and they give people what they want so if marketing and PR are done right – everyone is happy.

Alex is just as happy devising strategy with business leaders as he is seeing through the detailed implementation of a plan or project. He loves coming up with innovative approaches to communications and being the marketing spark that helps the tinder catch light (but he’s more of a workaholic than a pyromaniac!)

Companies and people involved in solving the looming oil/food/energy issues are his main passion in business.
